Those who fail to learn from history are condemned to repeat it, so the old saying goes. Why then do we continue to repeat the same mistakes? The progressive left is so intent on hating #Trump and the right that they are siding with extreme terrorist. #Iran is not a normal country it is run by despots and killers. They have killed not only their own people but are responsible for the deaths of thousands around the world. The world has let them run rampant for almost 50 years. Nazi Germany lasted a little over a decade and killed millions mostly while the world watched and did nothing. Only once they made open war in Europe did the world react, and then almost lost. It could be said that one man, Winston Churchill, saw the danger and stood up to Hitler’s aggression. Even then it was almost too late. Had the world reacted when the holocaust was recognized would the world be a different place today.  

Every President since Carter has said the regime in Iran is evil and must go. Only one has actually done anything about it. Iran has had a nescient nuclear program for years and luckily has not been able to build a bomb but has worked on missile delivery systems. Thanks to Israel we have been able to keep an eye on Iran and have been able to stop them from archiving a weapon.

The time is long past when the world needs to take responsibility for international security. Iran is the center of all evil in the region and much of the world. Politics aside they must be stopped. We can get back to our petty differences latter but for now lets fight evil and restore justice to the Iranians and the rest of the world.
